  1. Greek citizens
  1. Proof of Identity and Proof of birth

Only one validated copy of the following: National ID

                                                                   Passport (must be valid)

                                                                    Military ID

  1. Tax Statement (must not be older than 12 months)
  2. Proof of address: only one of the following: a) utility bill (electricity, water, phone bill) and payroll checked by the Public Tax Office
  3. Proof of employment: a) employer acknowledgement, b) last payroll copy, c) professional ID, d) Insurance Union acknowledgment
  4. Proof of Bank Account holding

 

  1. European Union citizens
  2. Proof of Identity and Proof of birth

Only a valid copy of Passport or National ID plus the (2) and (3) above.

 

  1. Non European Union citizens
  2. A copy of Residency Permission to Greece or a valid Passport plus the (2) and the (3) above.
