The authentication of signatures on the aforementioned agreements can be completed through one of the following methods: 

  1. Via Citizen Service Centers  
  2. Via in-person or electronically through the gov.gr portal, following these steps: 

Signature Authentication Process via gov.gr 

  1. Log in the service via the official platform gov.gr 
  2. Select on the category “Declarations” 
  3. Click on “Start here”. 
  4. Fill in the appropriate statement text based on the agreement being signed: 

       For the Investment Services Agreement: 

“The signature(s) I have placed on the INVESTMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT are genuine and have been made by me.” 

  • For the Joint Investor’s Account Agreement : 

  “The signature(s) I have placed on the JOINT INVESTOR’S ACCOUNT AGREEMENT are genuine and have been made by me.” 

After the completion of the process, the relevant statement is stored electronically and can be sent to the company for the finalization of the registration at the email address bo@hellenicamerican.gr
