HELLENIC-AMERICAN SECURITIES S.A.  is an anonymous investment services firm providing that is established and has been legally operating in Greece, as defined in article 2 par. 2 of law 4514/2018 that operates under license number 4/48/18.07.1990 – permit issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (as subsequently amended by  4/229/09.11.2001, 11/478/10.07.2008, 6/624/28.08.02012, 6/689/18.07.2014, 5/707/04.03.2015 decisions of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and applies), is a member of the Equities and Derivatives Markets of the Athens Stock Exchange and also holds the roles of the Operator in the Dematerialized Securities

Primary investment services and activities in financial mediums (Law 4514/2018) 

  1. Receipt and transmission of orders related to one or more financial instruments. 
  2. Execution of orders on behalf of clients 
  3. Conduction of transactions for same account. 
  4. Portfolio management 
  5. Provision of investment advice 
  6. Placement of financial instruments without underwriting withdrawal 
  7. Underwriting of financial instruments or placement of financial instruments with underwriting withdrawal in securities  

Ancillary investment services and activities in financial instruments (Law N.4514/20180 

  1. Safekeeping and administrative management of financial instruments on behalf of clients, including the provision of custodian services and related services such as cash management or management of provided collateral. 
  2. Granting credits or loans to an investor for the purpose of executing transactions to one or more financial instruments, where the investment firm involved provides the credit or loan. 
  3. Advising companies on their capital structure, industry strategy and related matters, as well as providing advice and services regarding mergers and firm acquisitions.  
  4. Provision of foreign exchange services when they are connected to the provision of investment services. 
  5. Research on the investment domain and financial analysis or other forms of general recommendations related to transactions in financial instruments. 
  6. Provision of services related to underwriting.
