

Hellenic American Securities S.A provides its clients with the ability to transmit orders to carry out transactions on financial instruments during the operating hours of the relevant markets to which it has access. The transmission of orders is carried out in the following ways:
By phone:
- Directly to the Transactions Department through authorized – certified personnel.
- Through the Company’s Affiliated Representatives. In this case, the existence of relevant authorization from the client is required.
Electronics:
- Through the online electronic order transmission application zTrade , which is available on the Company’s website or through the corresponding zTrade application for iPhone or Android mobile devices (tablets, mobile phones). The client gains access to the above application using the absolutely personal and confidential access codes provided to him by the Company.
Through third-party collaborating companies:
- With cooperating companies with relevant licensing from the Capital Market Commission, such as Financial Intermediaries – AEED and Asset Management Companies . In this case, a signed authorization from the client is required.
The Company ensures the proper and secure management of orders in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework and its internal procedures.
